The Planning and Zoning Commission is currently looking into how the City of Rollingwood regulates accessory buildings.
Specifically, the Commission is considering the number of allowed accessory buildings on a lot, the location of accessory buildings on the lot, and other related regulations pertaining to accessory buildings such as, size and height. They are asking for feedback from the citizens about this issue.
Please send your written comments to Robyn Ryan at email@example.com. You can also attend the next meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission to provide input. The meeting is Wednesday, December 5 at 7:00 p.m. at City Hall at 403 Nixon Drive.
